How it all started

With over a decade of experience in both corporate and startup environments, including leadership roles at renowned Dutch companies like KPN and Eneco, Robin Van Driel Vis, Founder and CEO at weWow, decided it was time for a change. Seeking new adventures, he joined the eCommerce startup Helloprint and took on the challenge of opening a new office in sunny Valencia, Spain.

This Valencia office became the operational hub during Helloprint’s rapid scaling phase, growing to a team of 200 employees. During this period, Robin honed his expertise in scaling teams, optimising KPIs, and automating repetitive tasks to drive sustainable growth. He also developed a deep understanding of attracting top talent, fostering vibrant company cultures, and leveraging data-driven strategies to boost performance.

The invaluable lessons he gained at Helloprint gave Robin firsthand insight into the challenges that fast-growing businesses face. This experience inspired him to found weWow, a company dedicated to helping other businesses set up their customer service for success. Today, weWow provides strategic guidance, cutting-edge technology, and tailored support solutions to help companies scale efficiently while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
