At weWow, you’ll work in an international scale-up environment with strong European brands. For this role, you’ll be the Community Advising Specialist: managing group reservations, advising on experiences, and spotting opportunities to create value for both guests and the business.


What will you actually do?

  • Handle group reservation requests for B2B and B2C clients across multiple locations

  • Negotiate pricing, confirm bookings, and ensure all details are accurate

  • Advise guests on the full range of services and experiences, tailoring recommendations to their needs

  • Identify commercial opportunities through upselling and cross-selling

  • Execute Service Hub tasks according to SOPs and checklists for consistent quality

  • Manage financial processes including sending, verifying, and raising invoices

  • Share complete arrival information with local teams to ensure seamless experiences

  • Use systems like Mews, Event Temple, and Salesforce Service Cloud, leveraging AI tools to work smarter and personalize interactions

  • Participate in regular commercial and revenue meetings to review performance and pipeline


This role suits you if you…

  • Are fluent in Italian

  • Have 1–3 years of relevant experience
