At weWow, you’ll work in an international scale-up environment with strong European brands. For this role, you’ll be the Community Advising Specialist: providing exceptional guest support, handling individual reservations, and contributing to both guest satisfaction and commercial success across multiple locations.
What will you actually do?
Deliver outstanding guest support via phone, email, chat, and social channels
Handle individual reservations and related inquiries for all locations and product offerings
Execute daily Service Hub tasks following SOPs and checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency
Manage guest requests, reservations, and administrative processes while maintaining compliance with privacy standards
Use key systems like Mews (PMS), Salesforce Service Cloud, and other platforms, integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency and personalization
Provide clear, friendly, and informed advice to guests about services, products, and experiences
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, connected guest journey
Contribute to both guest satisfaction and commercial performance
This role suits you if you…
Are fluent in Italian
Have 0–2 years of relevant experience
Are service-oriented, friendly, and solution-focused
Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools to enhance efficiency and personalization
Pay attention to detail while maintaining a personal, professional touch
