At weWow, you’ll work with strong European brands in an international scale-up environment. This role is part of a pilot strategic partnership with Loop Earplugs, you will be the voice that makes customers’ day: answering questions, solving problems, and creating moments that make them feel appreciated.


What will you actually do?

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social, and other channels

  • Provide product advice, support with orders, returns, warranties, and troubleshooting

  • Act as a brand ambassador in every interaction

  • Take ownership of complex cases and proactively find solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and the customer experience

  • Share insights and feedback to continuously improve our products and service

This role suits you if you…

  • Are a native English speaker

  • Care about people and enjoy helping them

  • Are empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and a problem solver

  • Think in solutions, not problems

  • Work accurately and pay attention to detail

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Have customer service experience (sector experience not mandatory)

  • Sales or D2C ecommerce experience? Nice to have
