At weWow, you’ll work with strong European brands in an international scale-up environment. This role is part of a pilot strategic partnership with Loop Earplugs, you will be the voice that makes customers’ day: answering questions, solving problems, and creating moments that make them feel appreciated.
What will you actually do?
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social, and other channels
Provide product advice, support with orders, returns, warranties, and troubleshooting
Act as a brand ambassador in every interaction
Take ownership of complex cases and proactively find solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and the customer experience
Share insights and feedback to continuously improve our products and service

This role suits you if you…
Are a native English speaker
Care about people and enjoy helping them
Are empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and a problem solver

Work accurately and pay attention to detail

Have customer service experience (sector experience not mandatory)
Sales or D2C ecommerce experience? Nice to have
